Refund Policy
Because of federal and local laws we will not be able to receive medications back after they have been dispatched. If for some reason your order did not show up we will issue an immediate refund or send another package at your request (if the delay is long enougth to cover a possible technical delay).
In case the order arrived damaged we will issue a refund only if over 60% of the order is damaged, otherwise we will reship the damaged part of the order and also issue a 10% bonus (calculated from the original order quantity).
You should also check your local laws regarding generic medication. Some places might not allow such an import.
We will ask you to first allow 25 business days from the day the order was shipped (please note: we require at least 2-4 business days to verify, prepare and ship the order). If after those 25 days, you have not recieve the package, or if you received notification by Customs that your package was on hold or returned to sender, please send us a refund request and we will take care of your request promptly. We can also reship the order in full on our expenses with a 10% bonus.
The refund procedure usually takes 5-7 business days, after this period the refund will be reflected at your credit card statement.
